AI Workplace Solution Architect (Microsoft 365 & AI)

As an AI Workplace Solution Architect, you will own end-to-end design of secure, AI-enabled Microsoft 365 environments for enterprise clients. You will lead architecture across SharePoint Online, Teams, OneDrive, Entra ID, and the Power Platform, with a focus on AI-enabled information architectures and Copilot/agent integrations. You’ll shape governance for data protection, AI usage, and cross-tenant models, while guiding delivery teams and engaging with clients to translate technical decisions into business value. • Own end-to-end architecture for Microsoft 365 and AI workplace projects across core services.
• Define target-state designs, reference architectures, and migration roadmaps to modernize clients to Microsoft 365 with AI-ready data architecture.
• Design Copilot and agent solutions, including data strategy, retrieval patterns, and integration with line-of-business systems via Graph, REST APIs, and GraphQL.
• Architect data protection and compliance using Purview; define AI governance and licensing frameworks; manage identity and cross-tenant models.
• Act as design authority, review solutions for security, scalability, performance, and cost; manage dependencies across workstreams.
• Mentor engineers, set standards for development and documentation using Azure DevOps.
• Lead architecture workshops and executive briefings; support pre-sales with technical responses and estimates; contribute reusable assets.

• 10+ years in Microsoft 365 and collaboration platform delivery.
• 3+ years in a solution architecture or design authority role.
• Enterprise-scale experience with SharePoint Online, Teams, Exchange Online, OneDrive, Entra ID, and Active Directory.
• Deep expertise in Microsoft Purview, Defender for Office 365, Defender for Cloud Apps, and security/compliance controls.
• Hands-on with Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI) and Microsoft Dataverse.
• Proficiency in languages and APIs: PowerShell, PnP, Python, JavaScript, C#, JSON, REST APIs, GraphQL; databases including Dataverse, SQL, MySQL.
• Experience in cross-tenant migration, automation, and multi-tenant environments.
