Overview

As an AI&Data Architecture Associate Manager, you help shape scalable, AI-driven data platforms and guide clients through data architecture transformation. You’ll work within Accenture’s AI&Data Practice, collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver modern data and AI solutions at scale. You’ll engage in workshops, prototype new technologies, and mentor junior architects while advancing architectural thought leadership. This role blends strategic thinking with hands-on delivery in a fast-changing AI landscape.

Responsibilities
  • Assist design and implementation of scalable data solutions using modern technologies
  • Identify gaps in client architectures and support solution development
  • Shape strategy and roadmaps for AI and Data architectures
  • Provide ongoing architectural support throughout delivery lifecycle
  • Participate in client workshops and ensure alignment with requirements
  • Communicate with clients to gather needs and confirm deliverables
  • Contribute to architectural thought leadership and share innovative patterns
  • Lead and mentor junior architects and support their development
  • Prototype new technologies and develop proofs of concept to inform recommendations
  • Build strong relationships with client stakeholders to align objectives and delivery
Key requirements
  • Strategic thinker with analytical and creative mindset
  • Experience building AI-enabled data architecture
  • Commercial experience with AWS, GCP, or Azure, preferably with certifications
  • Background in software development, data engineering, or data science
  • Expertise in data modelling, pipelines, governance, and data consumption
  • Working knowledge of Databricks, Snowflake, Palantir
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Experience in client-facing environments and architecting complex data solutions
