AI&Data Architecture Senior Manager

In this role you drive the design and delivery of scalable AI-enabled data architectures for major clients. You’ll lead cross-functional teams within Accenture’s AI&Data practice and partner with client stakeholders to shape strategy and roadmaps. You’ll explore new technologies, prototype innovative solutions, and mentor junior architects, contributing to transformative data and AI programs. This is a mission-driven position at the frontier of AI and data, with opportunities to influence architecture direction and delivery outcomes.

• Lead design and implementation of scalable data solutions using modern technologies
• Identify gaps in client architectures and support solution development
• Shape strategy and roadmaps to improve client AI and Data architectures
• Provide architectural support throughout delivery lifecycle for technical soundness and scalability
• Facilitate client workshops and manage requirements gathering
• Drive architectural thought leadership on innovations and modern patterns
• Mentor junior architects and promote best practices
• Prototype new technologies and develop proofs of concept

• Experience building AI-enabled data architecture
• Deep experience with one or more cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) and relevant certifications
• Background in software development, data engineering, or data science
• Expertise in data domains: modelling, engineering, governance, consumption
• Working knowledge of Databricks, Snowflake, Anthropic
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Experience leading technical teams in client-facing environments
