As an AI & Data Architecture Senior Manager, you will lead design and delivery of scalable, AI-enabled data platforms for large clients, shaping architectural roadmaps and enabling cloud-enabled AI transformations. You’ll mentor teams, drive innovation, and partner with diverse stakeholders to align architecture with business goals. This role sits in Accenture’s AI & Data Practice, offering exposure to cutting-edge technologies and a global expert network.

Responsibilities
  • Lead design and implementation of scalable data solutions using modern technologies
  • Identify gaps in client architectures and support solution development
  • Shape strategy and roadmaps for AI and data architectures
  • Provide ongoing architectural guidance across delivery lifecycles
  • Facilitate client workshops and capture requirements
  • Engage with clients to ensure alignment with needs
  • Drive thought leadership on AI/data architecture patterns
  • Mentor junior architects and support their development
  • Lead innovation through prototyping and proofs of concept
  • Establish relationships with client stakeholders to ensure alignment with objectives

Key requirements
  • Strategic thinker with analytical and creative mindset
  • Stay current with AI and data trends and apply them to opportunities
  • Experience building AI-enabled data architectures
  • In-depth experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) and relevant certifications
  • Practical experience with AI/Agentic solutions
  • Background in software development, data engineering or data science
  • Foundational data domain expertise (data modelling, data engineering, governance, consumption)
  • Working knowledge of Databricks, Snowflake, Anthropic
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
