AI/Data Engineers

As an AI / Data Engineer at Hays, you will design and build scalable data pipelines and platforms to unlock value from data. • Design, build and maintain scalable data pipelines and data platforms
• Develop analytics and AI-enabled solutions to support decision-making
• Create and implement machine learning and generative AI solutions
• Integrate data from multiple sources ensuring quality and reliability

• Experience as an AI Engineer, Data Engineer, Data Developer or similar
• Strong programming skills in Python and SQL
• Experience building data pipelines with structured and unstructured data
• Knowledge of AI, machine learning or generative AI technologies
• Exposure to TensorFlow, PyTorch, LangChain or similar frameworks
• Experience with cloud-based data platforms and modern data architectures
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
