AIDC Network Engineer

Salary: $120,000 - 180,000 per year

• At least 5 years of network operations experience, including exposure to data centers or GPU cluster networking.
• Proficiency with BGP, OSPF, VLAN, ACL, VPN, firewalls, and Spine-Leaf architecture.
• Hands-on experience with Cisco, Arista, Juniper, or NVIDIA/Mellanox network hardware.
• Experience with InfiniBand, RoCE, or RDMA is preferred.
• Basic understanding of IAM, MFA, SIEM, EDR, and security compliance frameworks.
• Working knowledge of Linux, Shell or Python scripting, or Ansible.
• English proficiency for daily communication with US data center staff and vendors, plus valid US work authorization.
• Chinese language proficiency is required.

• Coordinate on-site operations at US data centers, working with colocation facilities, telecom carriers, hardware vendors, and our Shenzhen technical team.
• Deploy, monitor, and troubleshoot service, management, and InfiniBand/RoCE high-speed networks.
• Maintain configurations for switches, routers, firewalls, VPNs, BGP, VLANs, ACLs, and related network components.
• Manage access controls, account privileges, MFA, vulnerability remediation, and security logs, and respond to basic security incidents.
• Maintain network topology records, configuration backups, asset inventories, change logs, and operations and maintenance procedures.
• Track network and data center SLAs, lead major incident response, conduct root-cause reviews, and coordinate corrective actions.
• Participate in an on-call rotation for emergency outages and troubleshoot issues on-site in data centers as needed.

We offer an annual salary of $120,000–$180,000, along with 401(k) and health insurance benefits. This is an in-person role based at US data centers.
