AI/ML Computational Scientist

In this role you will design and operationalize AI/ML solutions for enterprise clients, combining custom models with cloud services to deliver production-ready outcomes. You will span the full lifecycle from assessing data and needs to deploying scalable ML pipelines and DevOps/MLOps practices. You will tailor deep learning, GenAI, and LLM solutions to business problems while collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure value and reliability. A key focus is translating complex problems into practical, scalable AI systems that drive impact.

• Formulate real-world problems into scalable AI/ML solutions
• Develop and implement ML models and scalable data pipelines with DevOps/MLOps
• Customize DL and GenAI models for business use cases
• Engage in R&D of AI/HPC algorithms and simulations for client applications
• Work with large-scale datasets and data preprocessing for training/production
• Implement and maintain data storage/retrieval for models and knowledge
• Justify value of model approaches in business problems
• Collaborate with business and technical teams to deliver end-to-end solutions

• Proven experience as ML engineer/scientist deploying models in production at scale with monitoring and auditing
• Experience with distributed computing, big data, HPC, cloud computing
• Experience building and deploying AI/ML software to cloud environments
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent
• Proficiency in Python and AI/ML frameworks; familiarity with libraries and frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch)
• Experience with language models and optimizing their usage for applications
• Strong communication and client-facing skills in a consulting environment
