In this role you will design, develop and deploy production-grade AI/ML solutions to solve real-world, high-impact problems. You will work closely with senior leaders across functions to identify opportunities where data and AI drive measurable improvements. The position blends machine learning, data engineering, experimentation, and product thinking in a fast, high-performance environment that values innovation. Responsibilities
  • Design, build, and deploy ML models for complex business and operational challenges
  • Develop solutions spanning predictive analytics, computer vision, anomaly detection, and NLP
  • Create scalable inference pipelines for real-time and batch workloads
  • Implement model monitoring, drift detection, and retraining workflows
  • Prototype ideas rapidly and validate use cases before production
  • Research emerging AI/data technologies and apply them innovatively
  • Design and maintain robust, scalable data pipelines
  • Integrate diverse data sources (telemetry, operational, video, image, commercial, engagement)
  • Develop APIs/services to extend analytics/AI access
  • Support high-availability, low-latency systems
  • Partner with cross-functional teams and translate business problems into technical solutions
  • Champion responsible AI and support data governance and security initiatives
Key requirements
  • 5-10 years in Data Science, ML Engineering, or AI-related roles
  • Proven experience deploying ML systems in production
  • Advanced Python skills
  • SQL experience and cloud-based data platforms
  • Familiarity with containerisation and orchestration technologies
  • Strong understanding of statistics, model evaluation, data preparation, and feature engineering
  • Stakeholder engagement and advisory capabilities
  • Strong communication to both technical and executive audiences
  • Cross-functional collaboration
