Air Kit Distribution Test Coordinator

Lead air kit distribution testing at Bourgault Industries in St. Brieux, using scheduling, mechanical aptitude, and data analysis daily. Coordinate hands-on facility operations for Research & Development testing.

As the R&D Distribution Test Coordinator, you will oversee testing operations and direct test staff. You will plan tests, review procedures, prepare equipment, analyze results, and work with designers. The position also supports mechanical and pneumatic air kit designs, including CAD models and drawings. An engineering or technologist background is preferred, but not required.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage incoming requests, priorities, estimates, and testing schedules
• Review procedures and develop functional tests as needed
• Prepare parts, products, equipment, and facilities for testing
• Direct staff and coordinate maintenance, repairs, and safe equipment operation
• Analyze data, create fan speed charts, and recommend design changes

Requirements:

• Strong organization, planning, and scheduling skills
• Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting abilities
• Microsoft Office 365 and Excel data analysis proficiency
• Familiarity with test instrumentation and data collection
• Engineering or technologist degree or diploma preferred
