Aladdin platform consultant

In this role you will lead platform transformation initiatives for wealth, asset management, and banking clients. You will work with cross-functional teams to maximise platform value and drive complex business and technology changes. You’ll act as a trusted advisor to bridge business and technology stakeholders, delivering integration, migration and upgrade programmes. This is a chance to shape platform strategies for leading financial institutions within a collaborative Capco culture.

• Support platform implementation, integration, upgrade and transformation programmes across wealth, asset management and banking clients
• Work with business and technology teams to optimise workflows, operating models and platform capabilities
• Gather, analyse and document business and technical requirements to support programme delivery
• Support data migration, system integration, testing and deployment across complex technology landscapes
• Act as a trusted advisor between business stakeholders, technology teams, vendors and project leadership

• Proven experience with at least one major financial services platform (e.g., Aladdin, Temenos, Avaloq, Charles River) or similar enterprise platforms
• Experience supporting platform implementation, configuration, integration, migration or optimization
• Strong understanding of wealth management, asset management, investment management, or core banking processes
• Experience working with both business and technology stakeholders within change and transformation programmes
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management and problem-solving skills
