  • Full-time opportunity

  • Outpatient only

  • Monday-Friday schedule

  • No weekends

  • No holidays

  • Join another allergist within the department

  • Share call coverage for the group's patients

  • Seeking someone to start as soon as possible

  • J-1 and H-1B visa candidates welcome

  • Two-year employment agreement

  • Three-year employment agreement for visa candidates

  • Guaranteed salary range of $260,000-$315,000

  • After the initial employment agreement, opportunity to become a shareholder and transition to a production-based compensation model

Compensation & Benefits:

  • Guaranteed salary of $260,000-$315,000

  • 3 weeks of vacation

  • 1 week of CME

  • 7 sick days

  • $3,000 annual business expense allowance

  • Health insurance paid by the client

  • Malpractice insurance paid by the client

  • Shareholder opportunity after 2 years

  • Shareholder opportunity after 3 years for visa candidates

  • Production-based compensation available upon becoming a shareholder
