Locums Pediatric ENT NP/PA Portland, OR (OR license required) Why This Role

• Outpatient clinic only; no call

• Urology experience a plus, not required
Assignment Details
• Start/end: November 2026 or ASAP once credentialed - ongoing
• Schedule: Approximately 3-4 days/week
• ENT coverage: 2.5-3 days/week
• Pediatric Urology: 0.5-1 day/week of postoperative visits, if comfortable
• Shift times: 8:30a-5p, with administrative time and a 1-hour lunch
• Coverage type: Outpatient Clinic No Call
• Volume: Approximately 14 patients/day
• Setting: Pediatric ENT and postoperative Pediatric Urology
• Support: 2 RNs, 2-3 MAs, 2 APPs, and 3 office staff
• EMR: Epic
• Credentialing: Approximately 14 days
Clinical Details
• Pediatric ENT evaluations and follow-up visits
• Tonsil and adenoid concerns
• Otitis media evaluation and management
• Postoperative wound assessments
• Suture removal
• Pediatric Urology postoperative visits, if comfortable
• Flexible endoscopy experience preferred
• Nasal cautery experience preferred
• Foreign body removal experience preferred
• No inpatient responsibilities or call
Requirements
• Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant
• Board Certified or Board Eligible
• Active Oregon license required
• Active DEA required
• BLS required
• Pediatric ENT experience required
• Comfortable with outpatient pediatric assessments and postoperative care
• Pediatric Urology experience preferred
