ALN Statutory Lead — IDP System & Team Manager (Welsh)

Bridgend County Borough Council is seeking a motivated professional to lead and line manage a small Statutory Team, supporting the ALN Act’s implementation. The role will drive development and monitoring of an online system for IDPs and require a proactive, inclusive leadership style.

A Welsh language capability is a requirement for this post; safeguarding responsibilities are core for all council staff, and an Enhanced DBS check will be required.
