In this role you will lead Alpha Data Operations with global scope, shaping strategy, governance, and performance across regions and clients. You drive data integrity, production readiness, and service delivery, acting as the final escalation point for material issues and risk. You will partner with senior leaders across fronts of business, technology, risk, and compliance to enable scalable, resilient operations. - Define and execute the global Alpha Data Operations strategy and operating model across regions and client segments
- Own global service performance and data readiness for CRIMS trading, client reporting, regulatory reporting, and downstream processes
- Act as executive sponsor and final escalation point for material client, data, asset servicing, and production issues with cross-functional resolution
- Establish partnerships with senior leaders in Front Office, Product, Technology, and Operations to anticipate demand and improve resilience
- Set global standards for client reporting, governance, transparency, and performance reporting including KPIs and board materials
- Ensure a cohesive end-to-end operating model with clear roles and elimination of duplication
- Collaborate with ADS on service product, operating model, and delivery measurement
- Lead transformation roadmap incorporating automation, AI-enabled capabilities, and technology solutions
- Establish global disciplines for performance, capacity, and vendor management to support sustainable delivery
- Build and lead a high-performing global leadership team and foster inclusive culture
- Serve as enterprise authority for Alpha Data Operations influencing platform strategy and cross-functional standards
- Extensive senior leadership experience in investment operations, data operations, asset servicing, or front-to-back platforms with global scope
- Proven track record of leading global, multi-location organizations through transformation and performance improvement
- Deep experience in regulated financial services with accountability for operational risk, controls, audits, and regulatory engagement
- Strong understanding of front-to-back investment operations, including trading, IBOR, Security Master, data governance, reconciliations, and client/downstream reporting; CRIMS experience advantageous
- Ability to influence executive stakeholders and drive decisions across organizational boundaries
- Commercial and strategic judgment balancing client outcomes, risk, investment, capacity, and resilience
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, Mathematics, Technology, or related discipline; advanced qualifications advantageous
