In this role you will design and deliver critical software components within Goldman Sachs’ Digital Client Experience landscape. You’ll work with cross-functional teams to build customer-centric products that scale across global infrastructure. Responsibilities- Drive design of core components and oversee feature implementation with emphasis on code quality, automation and testability
- Collaborate with a global cross-functional team to build customer-centric products
- Contribute to product vision, roadmap understanding, and engineering culture
- Design flows and systems using cloud and on-prem technologies for performance, longevity, and scale
- Contribute to SDLC documentation, templates, patterns, and controls
- Perform code reviews and set software best practices for distributed systems
- Mentor junior engineers and communicate with leadership, engineers, and business teams
- Experience with Java, JavaScript, and Spring Boot
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
- Experience with low latency, high throughput, and fault-tolerant distributed systems
- Experience with microservices architecture and API development
