AM Mosaic Technology - Software Engineer - Associate - London

In this role you will design and deliver critical software components within Goldman Sachs’ Digital Client Experience landscape. You’ll work with cross-functional teams to build customer-centric products that scale across global infrastructure. Expect to tackle low-latency, high-throughput systems and modern API-driven architectures, while shaping engineering culture and best practices. • Drive design of core components and oversee feature implementation with emphasis on code quality, automation and testability
• Collaborate with a global cross-functional team to build customer-centric products
• Contribute to product vision, roadmap understanding, and engineering culture
• Design flows and systems using cloud and on-prem technologies for performance, longevity, and scale
• Contribute to SDLC documentation, templates, patterns, and controls
• Perform code reviews and set software best practices for distributed systems
• Mentor junior engineers and communicate with leadership, engineers, and business teams

• Experience with Java, JavaScript, and Spring Boot
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
• Experience with low latency, high throughput, and fault-tolerant distributed systems
• Experience with microservices architecture and API development
