Amazon Connect CCaaS Engineer

Engineer Amazon Connect and Google Cloud Contact Center AI solutions across voice, chat, email, and messaging channels. Build scalable customer experience platforms across AWS and Google Cloud.

Accenture Song seeks a hands-on CCaaS Engineer with deep Amazon Connect and Google CCAI expertise. You will translate complex requirements into implementations, collaborate with architects, developers, and stakeholders, and deliver contact center solutions. The work spans cloud-native services, integrations, AI, and platform engineering.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and maintain multichannel CCaaS solutions
• Configure contact flows, routing, IVR, and agent workspaces
• Develop AWS and Google Cloud integrations
• Build CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure-as-code
• Monitor performance and resolve production issues

Requirements:

• Deep expertise in Amazon Connect and Google CCAI
• Experience with AWS and Google Cloud ecosystems
• Knowledge of Amazon Lex, Bedrock, Dialogflow CX, and Agent Assist
• Ability to use Python, Node.js, or Java
• Strong problem-solving and engineering skills
