Amazon Connect Lead Developer

Hybrid (2-3 days office)

Must have skills:

• -Amazon Connect
• -AWS Lambda
• -NodeJS

Good to Have Skills:

• - Terraform
• - TypeScript

Detailed skill set:

• - Amazon Connect instance setup & configuration
• - Contact flow & IVR design (inbound/outbound routing)
• - Terraform (Infrastructure as Code)
• - AWS DynamoDB
• - AWS S3
• - API integrations

Main Responsibilities:

• - Lead the amazon connect development. Own the full responsibility of delivering the User stories end to end.
• - Daily work on User stories design and deployment task.
