Amazon Infrastructure Support Engineer

Support Amazon office infrastructure through network, audiovisual, and print incident triage. Work within the Operations Management Center to troubleshoot issues and escalate complex incidents.

As an ITS Support Engineer I, you will provide Tier I support across enterprise infrastructure services. The OMC serves as the primary triage point for corporate Network, Print, and AV systems. You will follow Standard Operating Procedures, use runbooks, and coordinate with internal customers, technicians, service owners, and cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Triage office infrastructure incidents within defined target times
• Correlate related incidents and create parent incidents
• Assess incident scope and severity using runbooks and judgment
• Communicate infrastructure health trends during business reviews
• Identify process improvements for the in-office customer experience

Requirements:

• Two or more years of technical support experience
• Experience scripting in modern programming languages
• Experience troubleshooting and debugging technical systems
• Knowledge of web services and distributed systems preferred
• Experience with REST, XML, or JSON preferred
