As a Software Development Manager on Amazon’s Region Flexibility & Efficiency team, you will guide engineering teams creating services for thousands of software engineers. You will shape product design, architectural direction, and engineering strategy across Amazon. The work spans automated tooling, user experiences, and foundational infrastructure supporting businesses including Worldwide Stores, Alexa, Kindle, and Prime Video.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead teams solving software architecture problems with scalable solutions
• Guide technology choices and architectural direction across collaborating teams

Requirements:

• Three-plus years managing engineering teams
• Seven-plus years working directly within engineering teams
• Three-plus years designing or architecting reliable, scalable systems
• Eight-plus years leading multi-tier web services development
• Knowledge of full software, hardware, and network development lifecycles
