Analyst I, Falcon Complete (Remote, GBR)

As a Senior Analyst in CrowdStrike’s virtual security operations center, you monitor and analyze security alerts to detect and respond to incidents in real time across Windows, Mac, and Linux. You’ll perform malware analysis, lead remote remediation, and help evolve incident detection and containment processes. You’ll communicate findings to customer management and share thought leadership through blogs and talks. • Monitor and analyze security alerts using the CrowdStrike platform
• Manage incident handling across Windows, Mac, and Linux environments
• Perform malware analysis
• Remediate malware or malicious activity remotely
• Develop and improve incident detection, triage, and countermeasures processes
• Produce high-quality written and verbal communications to customer management
• Demonstrate thought leadership via blogs, CrowdCasts and public speaking
• Advance security processes and procedures

• Experience in incident handling or incident response for organizations
• Background in computer forensics in IR investigations
• Systems administration understanding of internals for countermeasures
• Ability to perform static and dynamic malware analysis
• Experience with targeted attack remediation planning
• Programming/scripting experience (Powershell, C, C#, VB, Python, Perl, Ruby on Rails, .NET)
• At least one relevant security certification
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Experience with Mac OS, Windows, and Unix APIs/OS
• Ability to handle high-pressure situations
• Strong time management and multitasking abilities
• BA or BS / MA or MS in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Math, Information Security or related field
• Proven experience using AI technologies to improve decision-making and workflows
