Responsibilities
  • Design, develop, test, and maintain scalable, secure, high-performance software applications for finance operations
  • Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical solutions and system enhancements
  • Participate in technical design and architecture discussions for robust, sustainable solutions
  • Develop clean, maintainable, and well-documented code following standards
  • Conduct code reviews and identify opportunities to improve quality and performance
  • Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve issues in production environments
  • Collaborate with business analysts, finance stakeholders, product teams, and QA to deliver solutions
Key requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or related discipline, or equivalent practical experience
  • Minimum 3 years of professional software development experience
  • Strong programming skills in Java, C#, Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, or Go
  • Experience with microservices, RESTful APIs, and event-driven systems
  • Experience with web frontend development using React or Angular
  • Relational and/or NoSQL databases (Oracle, SQL Server, PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB)
  • Experience with Git, code review practices, and Agile/Scrum methodologies
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills with cross-functional collaboration
