Analyst Cost Accounting

Responsibilities

• Analyze and optimize standard costs and manufacturing variances.
• Conduct product profitability and performance analyses.
• Develop and monitor KPIs related to costs, efficiency, and profitability.
• Support Operations, Purchasing, Engineering, and Finance teams with financial insights.
• Contribute to monthly close, budgeting, and forecasting activities.
• Analyze costs and inventory and support audits and internal controls.
• Contribute to continuous improvement and strategic initiatives.

Requirements

• CPA designation with 3-5 years of manufacturing cost accounting experience .
• Strong knowledge of SAP/ERP systems - SAP is a strong asset.
• Advanced or intermediate Excel skills.
• Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and autonomy.
• Ability to communicate financial information clearly and work cross-functionally.
• Fluency in French and English , written and spoken.
