Overview

In this Analytics Consultant role, you’ll lead analytics and insight programs for Foundever’s English-speaking markets. You will translate data into practical recommendations that improve processes, CX, and revenue, working with client teams and internal stakeholders. You’ll design dashboards, run experiments, and present findings to varied audiences. The position sits within the Analytics and Insight community, focusing on high-impact, data-driven solutions. This is a growth-focused opportunity in a global BPO environment.

Responsibilities
  • Lead delivery of insight and analytics programs
  • Coordinate resources and coach junior team members
  • Create client-facing presentations translating complex analysis into business language
  • Collaborate with BI & reporting to design dashboards and visualizations in Power BI
  • Design and run A/B testing to validate insights and recommendations
  • Partner with clients to align objectives with analytical solutions
  • Present findings to stakeholders from Team Managers to C-suite
  • Advise operations and clients on how to leverage data for goals
  • Develop initiatives that drive process, technology, or service improvements
  • Track implementation and provide feedback on success and adjustments
  • Stay updated on analytical tools and trends to improve impact and efficiency
  • Develop business cases and ROI to support new business pitches and service expansions
  • Support Analytics Director in sales and solution development for proposals
Key requirements
  • 3+ years in an analytics role (preferably in a BPO)
  • Hands-on SQL, Python or R experience in a cloud environment (Azure preferred)
  • Intermediate to expert Power BI data visualization
  • Knowledge of Azure cloud infrastructure; Databricks preferred
  • Strong written and verbal communication with ability to influence
  • Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
