Analytics Engineer

You will design, build and maintain dbt models that power decision-making across Finance, Product and Markets. You’ll own domain models and lead high-priority cross-functional data projects from first principles to trusted answers. You’ll partner with multiple teams to ensure correct domain modelling, while delivering reliable finance and compliance reporting. You’ll enhance data trust with tests and alerts, and apply AI tools to accelerate development and quality. This role offers impactful work at scale in a fast-moving fintech setting.

• Own dbt models end-to-end in your domain, with tests, documentation, and schema coverage for reliability at scale.
• Lead high-priority, cross-functional data projects spanning multiple teams, delivering trusted answers end-to-end.
• Collaborate with Product, Markets, and Engineering to ensure accurate domain modeling.
• Support finance and compliance reporting, delivering datasets for month-end close and audit needs.
• Maintain data trust with tests, checks and alerts to surface issues before incidents.
• Apply AI tools across the modelling lifecycle to accelerate development and improve data quality.
• Contribute to the analytics community through peer reviews and internal knowledge sharing.

• 4+ years in a data role (Analytics Engineering and/or Data Science)
• Strong SQL skills and experience with large, complex datasets in dbt
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Experience with modern BI tools (e.g. Looker, Mode) and enabling self-serve
• Detail-oriented and pragmatic with a no-task-too-small attitude
