As a Senior Associate in Fitch Group’s Enterprise Data & Analytics team, you will help research, prototype, and productionise next-generation analytics capabilities. You work autonomously within a small, high-impact team to deliver working prototypes that inform decision-making across the organisation. You will tackle ambiguous data problems, apply modern analytics and AI techniques, and collaborate with global stakeholders to drive revenue growth, product innovation, and performance. - Build and iterate autonomous and semi-autonomous AI workflows to retrieve, reason over, and act on enterprise data
- Contribute to semantic models and metadata to enable consistent data querying for business users
- Prototype LLM-enabled analytics features for summarisation, narration, and conversational insight
- Turn ideas into working proofs-of-concept through rapid prototyping and iteration
- Design data pipelines and integrations to connect prototypes to enterprise data sources with emphasis on quality, reliability, and security
- Define evaluation criteria (accuracy, latency, cost, user impact) to guide decisions on scale
- Degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Mathematics, or related discipline (or equivalent practical experience)
- 1–3 years of hands-on experience, internships, or end-to-end projects
- Strong Python programming and ability to ship readable, testable code
- Genuine curiosity about AI, LLMs, and evolving analytics landscape with personal projects or experimentation
- Familiarity with SQL, REST APIs, cloud platforms (AWS preferred), and Git
- Ability to work independently and manage time with minimal supervision
- Strong communication skills to explain complex concepts to non-technical stakeholders
