You collaborate with analysts, product, and engineering to make data structures scalable and trustworthy. - Build and improve data models supporting lending decisions, pricing, portfolio analysis, and investor reporting
- Champion analytics engineering standards and culture improvements
- Collaborate with analysts to translate requirements into robust pipelines
- Triage data issues affecting analytics pipelines and downstream datasets; optimize transformation pipelines for cost and reliability
- Strong data modelling skills for reliable and usable analytical datasets
- Experience with ELT pipelines and transformation at scale, ideally dbt
- Experience with Snowflake or another modern cloud data warehouse
- Proactive in identifying and proposing data workflow improvements
- Collaborative communication across technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Ability to leverage AI tools to improve analytics workflows
