Analytics Engineer (UK Cards)

Overview

In this Analytics Engineer role, you will strengthen Lendable’s UK Cards analytics foundation and data models. You collaborate with analysts, product, and engineering to make data structures scalable and trustworthy. You will shape how data supports lending decisions, pricing, and reporting, driving faster insight with high quality data. • Build and improve data models supporting lending decisions, pricing, portfolio analysis, and investor reporting
• Champion analytics engineering standards and culture improvements
• Collaborate with analysts to translate requirements into robust pipelines
• Triage data issues affecting analytics pipelines and downstream datasets; optimize transformation pipelines for cost and reliability

• Strong data modelling skills for reliable and usable analytical datasets
• Experience with ELT pipelines and transformation at scale, ideally dbt
• Experience with Snowflake or another modern cloud data warehouse
• Proactive in identifying and proposing data workflow improvements
• Collaborative communication across technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Ability to leverage AI tools to improve analytics workflows
