Analytics Manager

London | £70,000–£80,000 | Sponsorship available | Hybrid (3 days in office)

We’re looking for an experienced analytics professional to lead subscription insights and growth strategies for a fast-moving media and digital publishing group. You’ll play a key role in shaping how data informs product, marketing, and retention decisions across multiple titles.

What you’ll do

• Lead data analysis across the full subscriber lifecycle - from acquisition and engagement to churn and lifetime value.
• Build and maintain dashboards and reporting frameworks that track core KPIs and drive business performance.
• Develop customer segmentation and predictive models to inform marketing and product strategy.

What we’re looking for

• Strong background in analytics, ideally 6+ years in a subscription or customer-focused environment.
• Proficiency in SQL and Python or R, with experience using BI tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Looker Studio.
• Confident with statistical analysis, predictive modelling, and translating insights into clear recommendations.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced setting where collaboration and initiative are key.
• Interview process: two stages.
• Hybrid: three days per week in the office (Central London).
