Responsibilities
  • Partner with stakeholders to translate business questions into analyses
  • Apply statistical methods and advanced analytics to uncover insights
  • Conduct campaign performance analyses and identify optimization opportunities
  • Perform full-funnel analyses to link upper-funnel activity with revenue
  • Develop playbooks for scaling successful strategies across markets
  • Create and maintain Power BI dashboards for marketing and performance data
  • Build and manage data pipelines from multiple sources
  • Ensure data quality and validation, work with data engineers to optimise reporting
  • Communicate complex findings to non-technical audiences
  • Mentor junior analysts and support team innovation
Key requirements
  • Proven experience in digital marketing analytics, including campaign evaluation and optimization
  • Strong understanding of the digital marketing ecosystem and attribution models
  • Expertise in Power BI for dashboard development and data visualization
  • Advanced Excel skills (PowerQuery, PowerPivot, array formulas)
  • Ability to interpret complex data and craft insight-driven narratives
  • Strong communication and presentation skills for non-technical audiences
  • Project management skills with ability to handle multiple priorities
  • Exposure to web analytics tools (Adobe Analytics, GA4)
