Analytics Manager — Central Data & AI Platforms

Ocado Group is seeking an Analytics Manager for Central Data Products to shape the strategy for BI and agency analytics across the organisation. You will lead a dedicated team, bridge commercial needs with technical execution, and own internal reporting tools and partner-facing data products, including OSP Insights.

You will establish robust evaluation frameworks, oversee the Looker and Celonis Centres of Excellence, and drive the migration to a unified semantic layer with dbt MetricFlow.
