In questa role, you will lead the analytics function within an operational environment, combining hands-on data work with team leadership. You will partner with analysts, engineers and operations to understand performance and drive improvements aligned to business goals. You will translate data into actionable insights for senior stakeholders and customers, managing outsourced services where relevant. This role offers a direct impact on operational performance and customer outcomes in a Heathrow-based setting.

Responsibilities
- Lead and develop an analytics team
- Analyse performance metrics and KPIs to identify improvement opportunities
- Produce productivity analyses and reporting
- Manage outsourced contract/service delivery relationships
- Collaborate with senior stakeholders and customers to shape insights
- Turn data into actionable insights that support business objectives
- Work with analysts, engineers and operations to understand performance drivers
Key requirements
- Experience in an operational environment (e.g., airport baggage operations, logistics/supply chain, manufacturing)
- Strong track record in performance metrics and KPI analysis
- Proven ability in productivity analysis and reporting
- Experience with outsourced contracts/service delivery
- Proven leadership of an analytics team
- Experience working with senior stakeholders and customers
- SQL proficiency with Python or R and ETL/data pipelines
