Android Engineer

We are looking for an experienced Business Analyst with strong Banking domain experience to join our team for a 6-month contract with Barclays in Northampton.

The ideal candidate should have strong experience in Business Analysis, Banking, Agile Methodology, and Requirement Gathering , along with expertise in financial data analysis, business process improvement, customer analysis, and reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze financial data and identify business trends within the banking domain.
• Gather, analyze, document, and validate business requirements.
• Work closely with stakeholders to understand business needs and expectations.
• Identify opportunities for business process improvement and operational efficiency.
• Perform customer analysis and evaluate market conditions.
• Prepare reports, presentations, and data-driven business insights.
• Recommend strategic improvements to enhance profitability and customer experience.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams in an Agile environment.

Candidate Requirements:

• Minimum 10+ years of relevant professional experience.
• Strong Banking and Financial Services domain knowledge.
• Hands-on experience in Agile environments.
• Excellent Requirement Gathering and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Willingness to work in a hybrid model, 2–3 days per week from the Northampton office.
