Med Ninjas is seeking a Physician for long term locum tenens coverage at an acute care hospital located in Gettysburg, PA
The Physician must be available for the complete coverage block from 11/16/2026 to 13 months
This assignment includes Inpatient, onsite hospital coverage, general anesthesia, proficient orthopedic blocks, and weekday and call coverage.

Locum Physician Anesthesiology Gettysburg, PA
Shift: 5, Day (8 Hours) 7:00 - 4:00
Start Date: 11/16/2026
End Date: 13 months

Position Details: Full-time coverage, 40 hours per week; schedule may include 5x8-hour shifts or 2x8-hour shifts plus a 24-hour shift
Patient Population: Adults; no pediatrics
Setting: Acute Care Hospital
Responsibilities: Anesthesia coverage with rotation in call coverage
Required Procedures: Proficient with blocks for orthopedic cases
EMR System: Epic
Support Staff: CRNAs and Anesthesia Techs
Days Per Month: Full-time, 40 hours per week
On-Call/Weekends: Rotation in call coverage

• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Anesthesiology
• Active Pennsylvania Medical License
• DEA required
• ACLS certification required; minimum 1 year of experience
