Anesthesiology (MD/DO) Locum Tenens

SUMO Medical Staffing is seeking an experienced Anesthesiologist (MD/DO) for ongoing locum coverage. This role offers consistent monthly scheduling, a primarily adult patient mix, regional anesthesia, and no OB coverage.

Position Highlights
  • Approximately 22 shifts per month
  • Day shifts plus weeknight call
  • 24-hour weekend call rotation
  • Patient mix: 90% Adult / 10% Pediatric
  • No OB anesthesia
  • Regional Anesthesia required
  • Basic orthopedic blocks with potential to expand
Requirements
  • Board Certified or Board Eligible in Anesthesiology
  • Comfortable with Pediatric Anesthesia
  • Regional Anesthesia experience required
  • Comfortable performing basic orthopedic blocks
  • Active medical license appropriate to the assignment
  • DEA
  • CV in MM/YYYY format with gaps over 30 days explained
