Key Responsibilities
Provide physician-level medical care during scheduled day shifts
Maintain compliance with all credentialing and privileging requirements prior to start date
Complete and submit all required documentation, including background screening results, within designated timelines
Adhere to all health requirements including vaccines, physical examination, and fit testing
Required Qualifications
Active Pennsylvania medical license or IMLC/Letter of Qualification (LOQ) in hand required
Malpractice history must reflect no more than 3 settlements, and no single settlement exceeding $500K (exceptions may be considered for cases more than 20 years old)
Full malpractice disclosure required at time of presentation
Must be able to provide exact available dates if applying for specific coverage dates
Social Security Number, photo identification, and PATCH results must be submitted within 5 days of signing
Child Abuse Search and Department of Human Services Fingerprint collection must be scheduled upon signing, with results expected within 2 weeks
Preferred Experience / Skills
Clean credentialing file with no complex history
Prior experience in locum tenens or contract physician roles
