FACILITY INFORMATION

PRIVILEGES & COMPLIANCE
  • Temporary Privileges Available: Yes (for urgent needs)
  • Credentialing Timeline: Full compliance due 2 weeks prior to start; initial steps within 5 days of signing
REQUIRED PROCEDURES
  • Outpatient anesthesia for all specialties except cardiac and OB
  • Orthopedic regional blocks
  • ENT procedures (e.g., tubes, tonsils)

JOB REQUIREMENTS
  • Licenses: PA license or Universal License (IMLC)
  • Board: Board Certified in Anesthesiology (will not accept Board Eligible)
  • DEA: Required
  • Certifications: BLS, ACLS, PALS
  • Experience: 2+ years preferred
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Provide anesthesia services for outpatient surgical cases across all specialties except cardiac and OB.
  • Perform medical direction of CRNAs as needed.
  • Administer regional blocks, particularly for orthopedic procedures.
  • Manage airway and anesthesia for patients of all ages, including occasional pediatric ENT cases.
  • Ensure compliance with facility protocols and documentation in EPIC EMR.
