Job Responsibilities
- Provide pre operative evaluation and anesthesia plans for surgical patients.
- Administer general, regional, and monitored anesthesia care in a safe, evidence based manner.
- Monitor patients intraoperatively, manage airway, hemodynamics, and pain control.
- Ensure recovery and post anesthesia care, including discharge criteria.
- Collaborate with surgeons, nurses, and allied health staff to optimize patient outcomes.
- Document all care accurately in the electronic medical record (EMR).

Qualifications
- Board certified or board eligible in Anesthesiology.
- Current, unrestricted medical license for the state of New York.
- Completion of an ACGME accredited anesthesiology residency.
- DEA registration and basic life support (BLS) certification.

Working Hours
- Full time day shift, Monday through Friday.
- On call responsibilities are not required for this assignment.

- Proficiency with EMR systems and anesthesia information management software.
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
- Ability to respond quickly to emergent situations while maintaining composure.
- Knowledge of current anesthesia techniques, pharmacology, and patient safety guidelines.
