Key Responsibilities: • Build trust with customers through on-site and remote engagement • Align customer business needs with Red Hat solutions • Collaborate with internal teams to implement automation solutions • Serve as a customer advocate to ensure solution support • Conduct proofs of concept from initiation to closure
Requirements: • 3+ years in Automation-related roles • Experience with Red Hat Ansible Automation Platform • Knowledge of UNIX or Linux systems, especially RHEL • Track record of developing customer relationships • Fluency in English; French is a plus
