As an AEO Specialist, you lead search for a client portfolio at an AI-first digital agency. You own technical roadmaps, content priorities, and ranking explanations. Your work spans classic organic results and AI search across Google AI Overviews, ChatGPT, and Perplexity.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage crawl, indexation, site speed, schema, and site architecture
• Set keyword strategy, on-page optimization, and content priorities
• Improve client visibility across AI and organic search
• Develop link, local, and multi-location SEO strategies
• Report through GA4 and Search Console; create quarterly roadmaps

Requirements:

• Three or more years of hands-on SEO experience
• Experience running audits and implementing SEO fixes independently
• Fluency with Search Console, GA4, Screaming Frog, and Ahrefs or Semrush
• Agency experience managing several clients simultaneously
• Clear spoken English for live calls with US clients
