AP Analyst

Join a large enterprise security team supporting a portfolio of cybersecurity initiatives. This role sits within a collaborative environment where cyber and physical security teams work closely together to deliver strategic programs, risk reduction initiatives, and business transformation projects.

Your new role

As a Senior Business Analyst, you will lead requirements gathering, stakeholder engagement, and project delivery activities across cybersecurity initiatives. You'll work with business and technical teams to drive successful outcomes on projects ranging from governance and risk programs to technical security initiatives, including penetration testing and security improvement programs.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with stakeholders to define business needs, priorities, and project objectives
• Facilitate workshops and translate requirements into user stories and functional specifications
• Analyze current and future state processes and identify improvement opportunities
• Support cybersecurity project delivery, UAT, and solution validation activities
• Drive change management, communications, and business readiness initiatives...
• Monitor benefits realization, risks, and alignment to business goals

What you'll need to succeed

Must-Have Requirements

• 5+ years of Business Analyst experience delivering enterprise projects
• Experience supporting cybersecurity, enterprise security, or information security initiatives
• Strong stakeholder engagement, workshop facilitation, and communication skills
• Experience with Agile and/or Waterfall project delivery methodologies
• Proven business process analysis, requirements gathering, and documentation expertise
• Experience supporting change management and organizational communications activities

Nice-to-Have Requirements

• Background in governance, Risk & compliance (GRC) programs
• Experience with penetration testing, cyber advisory, or technical security projects
• Experience developing business cases, value realization, or risk assessments
