A/P, A/R & Payroll Specialist

ONTARIO INC is seeking an Accounts Payable/Receivable & Payroll Clerk to support our finance team in Cochrane, AB. You will verify and process vendor invoices, post in Sage 50, reconcile statements and prepare client invoices, payments, and payroll.

You will handle daily administrative duties, ensure accurate payroll bi-weekly, and generate management reports while maintaining data integrity and deadlines with minimal supervision.
