APAC Data Center Talent Recruiter (DCT Focus)

Reboot Monkey seeks a dedicated DCT Recruitment Specialist for the APAC region. You will source and screen Data Center Technicians, assess hands-on DC skills, and build a vetted pool organized by location, availability, and reliability.

This role requires experience in recruiting or managing DCTs, knowledge of DC infrastructure, and fluent English. You will coordinate onboarding, monitor performance, and expand coverage across new markets and facilities in your region.
