Apache Spark Data Engineer Montreal

Build Apache Spark pipelines and backend services as a Data Engineer with Wissen Technology in Montreal, working onsite three to four days weekly. Java or Python experience is central.

This Associate/AVP Data Engineer position requires three to five years of Data Engineer or Backend Engineer experience. You will design distributed processing workflows, optimize large-scale jobs, and support reliable data solutions. The work includes Apache Spark, cloud data platforms, SQL, and backend engineering fundamentals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design distributed data pipelines using Apache Spark
