Overview

In this role, you will shape the enterprise API ecosystem through robust .NET architecture, delivering high-performance RESTful services. You will act as the technical authority for the .NET stack, containerization with Docker/Kubernetes, and clean code practices, while leveraging AI-assisted tooling to accelerate design and delivery. You will lead design choices—from API governance to microservice patterns—ensuring security, scalability, and maintainability. This is a hands-on architectural position with a clear impact on how services are built and evolved across the organization.

Responsibilities
  • Define REST API design standards and governance across enterprise services
  • Implement architectural patterns: Microservices, DDD, CQRS, Event-Driven Architecture
  • Define data modeling, caching, and integration patterns across microservices
  • Architect container-native workflows with Docker
  • Configure and optimize deployments on Kubernetes (ingress, service mesh, scaling, resources)
  • Establish code quality baselines aligned with SOLID and clean architecture
  • Set up testing strategies (unit, component, integration) and secure coding practices
  • Lead deep-dive architecture reviews to address bottlenecks and debt
  • Integrate AI productivity tools into the development lifecycle and guide teams on safe usage
Key requirements
  • 5-7 years of relevant experience
  • expertise in .NET API design and RESTful services
  • proficiency with Docker and Kubernetes
  • experience with Microservices, DDD, CQRS, and Event-Driven Architecture
  • strong emphasis on clean code, SOLID, and architectural patterns
  • experience with code quality, testing automation, and secure coding practices
  • familiarity with AI-assisted engineering tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot, LLM prompt engineering) and applying them to development workflows
