Ubisoft Montréal is seeking a technically minded support specialist to join the Gateway team within Online Services. You will onboard internal studios, investigate issues, and guide integrations with the Platform (Shipyard) and the API Gateway.

The role blends technical work with coaching and documentation to improve self-service support. Expect to write and improve runbooks, automate repetitive tasks with AI tools, and collaborate with developers and SREs on incident response.
