SKILLS REQUIRED:

  • Bilingual communication skills (English & French).
  • Experience5+ years of application support experience| including API and integration support.
  • Hands-on experience with REST APIs| JSON| XML| OAuth| JWT| SSL/TLS| and API security concepts.
  • Experience working with external vendors and third-party integrations.
  • L2/L3 Production Support experience for enterprise applications and integrations.
  • Strong understanding of APIs (REST/SOAP)| API troubleshooting| authentication| request/response analysis| and vendor integrations.
  • Experience with API management/testing tools such as Postman| Swagger| Apigee| MuleSoft| or API Gateway platforms.
  • Knowledge of monitoring and logging tools such as Splunk| Dynatrace| AppDynamics| or ELK.
