Job Description

Scope of Position:

You should have the ability to develop opportunities in the various aspects of customs from our Canadian and international offices. You must be comfortable working closely with clients, staff, the CBSA and other government agencies. Strong communication skills will be required to be able achieve your goals with clients, the government and the team.

Reporting Structure:

The Senior Consultant, in most cases, would report to the Manager or Principal.

Qualifications

• Either CCS or CTCS are preferred
• Canadian Customs Broker License or willingness to actively obtain
• Demonstrated customer service skills and proven interpersonal skills
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in an international trade environment
• Required knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, including but not limited to: Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint, CRM
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Superior analytical skills with a strong ability to logically document and explain processes
• Investigative and problem-solving skills
