Responsibilities
- Design and deliver end-to-end architecture for modern digital applications
- Define technology stacks, platforms, and integration patterns
- Contribute to and influence the technology roadmap within your domain
- Ensure adherence to architecture, security, and governance standards
- Produce architecture artefacts and participate in governance forums
- Partner with product and business teams to translate requirements into solutions
- Provide technical leadership , mentoring teams and promoting best practices
Required Skills & Experience
- Proven experience architecting distributed systems (microservices, REST APIs, cloud-native solutions)
- Strong hands-on expertise with AWS, Azure, or GCP , including migration strategies
- Solid software engineering background (e.g. Java, Python) with Agile delivery experience
- Financial services domain experience, ideally within payments, cards, or digital channels
- Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills
- Strong problem-solving mindset with the ability to balance business and technical trade-offs
