Overview
In this role you will design, develop and support Microsoft‑based applications that empower colleagues across East West Rail to work smarter and faster. You’ll join the Data Centre of Excellence to deliver practical digital solutions using modern Microsoft technologies. You will help shape the digital landscape of a nationally significant infrastructure programme and drive value through scalable, secure apps. This is a hands-on role with emphasis on collaboration, delivery, and continuous improvement.

- Design, develop and support business-critical apps using Power Platform, Dataverse, SharePoint, Azure and Microsoft Fabric
- Build Power Apps, Power Automate workflows, integrations and APIs
- Create bespoke solutions using C#, .NET, React, JavaScript and TypeScript
- Engage with stakeholders to understand challenges and deliver practical digital solutions
- Support data integration, automation and analytics initiatives
- Drive security, governance, DevOps and application lifecycle management best practices
- Provide ongoing support and continuous improvement for existing applications
- Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse)
- SharePoint Online development, including SPFx web parts
- Azure services and cloud-based app development
- APIs, integrations and automation across Microsoft technologies
- GitHub, Azure DevOps and modern development practices
